This major shopping centre development was completed in 2001. It measures 65,000 m2 over two floors and was designed to the highest architectural standards. Colt provided a complex natural and powered scheme of smoke control systems.
Glazed Meteor units were installed into the roof of the main mall, Seefire louvred vents over the bridges to the car park, and finally a mechanical scheme consisting of powered units and Seefire terminations - a complete smoke ventilation system for this shopping centre.
